DTUI/DELA ENROLLMENT & TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
Effective Upon Electronic Individual Enrollment Acceptance1. Agreement to Terms
This Enrollment Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between Diversity Training University International (“DTUI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual enrolling in a DTUI course (“Learner,” “you,” or “your”). By clicking “I Agree,” enrolling in a course, accessing course materials, or submitting payment (including via coupon code), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The Agreement becomes effective on the date and time you electronically accept it (the “Effective Date”).
If you do not agree, you may not enroll in or access any DTUI course.
2. Eligibility
You represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- All registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Enrollment & Access
3.1 Course Access
Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the specific course purchased or redeemed.
3.2 Coupon-Based Enrollment
Coupon codes (including promotional or institutional codes):
- Have no cash value
- May not be resold or transferred
- Are subject to expiration
- Do not alter refund eligibility unless explicitly stated
4. Payments & Refunds
4.1 Payments
Payment is due at enrollment unless a valid coupon code is applied.
DTUI uses third-party processors (e.g., Stripe or similar providers). DTUI does not store full credit card information.
4.2 Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the course page:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of enrollment
- No refunds will be issued once a certificate has been issued
- No refunds after 25% or more of course content has been completed
4.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting DTUI to resolve the matter constitutes breach of this Agreement. DTUI reserves the right to:
- Revoke course access
- Revoke certificates
- Deny future enrollment
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, slides, worksheets, assessments, branding, and frameworks, are the exclusive property of DTUI.
You may:
- Access materials for personal learning use only
You may not:
- Copy, record, download, share, distribute, reproduce, modify, or resell materials
- Use materials for training others
- Upload content to third-party platforms
- Reverse engineer course materials
Violation may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Legal action
6. Certificates & Credentials
Certificates are issued only when:
- All required modules are completed
- Required assessments are passed
- Any attendance requirements are satisfied
DTUI reserves the right to:
- Withhold certificates if completion standards are not met
- Revoke certificates if fraud, misrepresentation, or academic dishonesty is discovered
Certificates represent completion of DTUI coursework only and do not constitute academic credit unless explicitly stated.
7. Code of Conduct
Learners agree not to:
- Harass other participants
- Disrupt live sessions
- Share offensive or unlawful content
- Attempt to compromise platform security
DTUI may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Platform Availability
DTUI strives for continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages for maintenance or technical issues do not constitute breach of this Agreement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Courses are provided “as is.”
DTUI makes no guarantees regarding:
- Employment outcomes
- Salary increases
- Certification recognition outside DTUI
- Regulatory acceptance
Professional development results depend on individual effort and external factors beyond DTUI’s control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
DTUI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Course participation
- Platform access issues
- Business decisions are //made based on course content
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Learner for the specific course.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTUI from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of course materials
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your infringement of third-party rights
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with DTUI’s Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and processing of necessary enrollment data.
13. Modifications to Agreement
DTUI may update this Agreement periodically. The version in effect at the time of enrollment governs that enrollment.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
14. Termination
DTUI may terminate access for:
- Breach of this Agreement
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
Termination does not entitle the Learner to a refund unless required by law.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between DTUI and the Learner regarding enrollment and supersedes prior understandings.
